He2 Plus Washer Door Locked

Timer does not decrement water does not enter.

Start cycle causes door to lock but then nothing more. Then pull the door open. If the door lock receiver is clear check the wire harness connections between the door lock switch assembly and the main electronic control board. Remove the lower front panel from the front of the washer by removing the 3 screws in the bottom of it.

Plug in washer or reconnect power. Check all the green wires ground harnesses system are notbroken or wires detached. Remove the lower toe panel by removing the screws along the bottom edge. Unplug the washer to completely disconnect electrical power.

Reach up behind the front panel and pull down on a pull ring that is attached to the bottom of the door lock mechanism to manually unlock the door. If door is locked drain the unit.
